We just wanted to take a moment to write you, thanking you for managing our pool deck project with the utmost professionalism and temperament.
When a large messy project goes well and everyone is happy there cannot be any measure of what a contractor is like when they are faced with a challenge or things just don’t go as planned. The poor service provider often comes apart and blames the homeowner.
While it is never a pleasant experience to be faced with issues on a home construction project, we actually enjoyed working with you and Mike to address these issues. Triple M Pavers were simply outstanding. They completely redid my patio and pool deck in paver stones. They were reasonably priced and their service was spectacular. They probably had to cut 50% of the stones to fit perfectly around my kidney shaped pool. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and expertise. I most strongly recommend them!
